From January 16 – 19, 2019, a comparative law workshop on information law in Germany and Brazil will take place at the ITM, for which members of the research project “Study Group on Copyright and Industrial Rights (GEDAI)” traveled from Brazil. The ITM extends a warm welcome to the Brazilian researchers.
The event will be chaired by Prof. Dr. Marcos Wachowicz, who is a guest researcher at the ITM and conducts research on copyright issues and the regulation of blockchain. The lectures cover a wide range of information law issues, including “Blockchain technology and the economic institutions of capitalism”, “Copyright and cultural diversity in the information society” and “Copyright and Public Domain of Information” .
The valuable exchange of information during the workshop strengthens the good relations between the ITM and the GEDAI scientists.
The ITM is pleased to announce that from January 16 to 19, 2019, it is hosting a workshop on comparative law concerning Information Law in Germany and Brazil. The workshop offers the opportunity for a valuable exchange of information which will consolidate the strong relations between the ITM and the researches of GEDAI.
