Ready to master the legal challenges of the digital era?

From the winter semester 2024/2025, the ITM will be offering a new, English-language supplementary course called Law of the Digital Economy, which is open to students and practitioners from all over the world. “Law of the Digital Economy” deals with the legal framework of the digital economy and replaces the traditional additional ITM training.

The new additional training program gives interested lawyers from all over the world a deep insight into the features of digital economy law. After a year
of online teaching or remote study via YouTube, students from Vienna, Lisbon, Tashkent and other renowned universities will understand the fundamental
features of European IP and media law as well as European data law.
After passing the two exams, you will be a certified expert in areas such as data protection, digital copyright and AI law. In addition, you will receive personalized support through regular Q&A sessions and the necessary teaching materials – all in English.
