    The ITM currently cooperates with numerous European universities, most of which offer outstanding media law courses and are therefore of particular (but not exclusive) interest to students specializing in ITM. In consultation with Prof. Hoeren and the Examination Office, examinations can be credited to the specialization as an elective subject or basic subject, provided that equivalent courses are offered abroad in the respective semester (depending on the individual case).
  • LL.M. programs
    The “Master of Laws” (LL.M.) is a good opportunity to gain a qualification beyond the regular law degree. The LL.M. degree is particularly suitable for students who place a high value on internationality and who want to gain a better insight into the German legal system. You can also earn an LL.M. in various subject areas (banking, taxation, environmental law, etc.), which further intensifies the specialist focus.

Note for requests for expert opinions and letters of recommendation: The ITM only issues letters of recommendation and expert opinions for studies abroad (LL.M. and comparable Master’s degree programs) and scholarships for funding purposes if the applicant is affiliated with the ITM and the application is related to a firmly agreed doctoral procedure at the ITM. a firmly agreed doctoral procedure at the ITM has.
