🆕 NEW: AI Officer – certified by the ITM

As part of the specialist lawyer seminar, we are offering for the first time the opportunity to obtain the ITM certificate “AI Officer” at the same time. The certificate includes a certificate issued by the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law, which proves your structured competence development in the field of AI regulation.

Why is this relevant?

• 📋 Art. 4 AI Regulation (AI Act): Since 02.02.2025, providers and operators of AI systems have been obliged to ensure that their personnel have sufficient AI competence. The certificate documents this measure with legal certainty.
• ⚖️ Consulting practice: As a specialist lawyer, you can not only explain the legal situation to clients, but also demonstrate your own proven expertise.
• 💶 Costs: EUR 200 plus VAT (surcharge; invoiced separately)
