I am pleased to announce the publication of *Law of the Digital Economy*, edited by Philip Arne Mayer and me and published by Tectum Verlag.
This volume brings together a selection of outstanding essays written by participants in our international certificate program, “Law of the Digital Economy,” at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications, and Media Law at the University of Münster.
The contributions examine current issues in European and international digital and media law. They reflect the remarkable breadth of the program’s topics and address the legal challenges posed by data-driven business models, digital platforms, artificial intelligence, and the ongoing transformation of the digital economy.
The book is also the first volume in the new series *Münster Contributions to the Law of the Digital Economy*. The series aims to provide a forum for rigorous, comparative, and practice-oriented research at the intersection of digital law, information law, economic law, and regulation.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the authors whose excellent work made this publication possible.
