Yesterday, a large audience attended the event celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Intellectual Property Research Center at the University of Münster. The keynote speaker was former ITM doctoral candidate and former presiding judge at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, Professor Dr. Thomas Kühnen, who gave a fascinating presentation on the relationship between antitrust law and FRAND declarations. Furthermore, the final certificate for additional training in patent and trademark law was awarded by lawyer Prof. Dr. Jochen Bühling. Dr. Long Bui was also honored for his outstanding dissertation. This was followed by a champagne reception and a small snack. A very nice and worthy event; many thanks to all those involved.
