Today, I had the pleasure of welcoming Nino Mdinaradze to the Institute for Information, Telecommunications, and Media Law (ITM) at the University of Münster.
Nino is a Ph.D. researcher at New Vision University (Georgia), where her doctoral research focuses on artificial intelligence and medical law.
We had a lively discussion on several current issues at the intersection of AI and health law, including the secondary use of electronic health data under the European Health Data Space (EHDS), liability issues related to expert commissions, and the evolving regulatory framework for AI in healthcare.
It was a pleasure to exchange ideas and strengthen the academic dialogue between Germany and Georgia. I look forward to continuing our cooperation.
