The ITM has been dealing with copyright issues relating to digitalization for many years. Now, in collaboration with the Faculty of Law at the University of Hagen, a research consortium of three young doctoral students has been established, focusing on questions of artificial intelligence and its impact on copyright law. Thomas Hoeren (Münster) and Sebastian Kubis (Hagen) will supervise the three doctoral theses and initiate various activities for this purpose, such as intensive supervision involving external academics.
