On the last weekend of September, the ITM doctoral seminar took place at the Johannes-a-Lasco Library in Emden. The 10 external doctoral candidates discussed sandbox AI systems, legal issues relating to electronic patient files and copyright access to DIN standards with Prof. Dr. Thomas Hoeren. The new option of submitting the doctoral thesis to the University of Hagen was also warmly welcomed.
