A new interview with the renowned Professor Udo di Fabio
Today I had the opportunity to speak with former Federal Constitutional Court Justice and Professor Dr. Di Fabio. After a brief look back at our shared past in the Ruhr region, we discussed current perspectives on constitutional jurisdiction, criticism of the COVID-19 measures, and, above all, the digitization of the law. I found the conversation extremely rewarding and entertaining.
