My copyright law lecture in Vienna ended on Thursday with a visit to the renowned IP law firm Schönherr. Over coffee and cake, Dr. Dominik Hofmarcher and Marie-Therese Wirtz gave us a colorful workshop report on current issues in their copyright consulting practice, including the reservation of rights in data mining and the remuneration of storage devices.
