It places a special focus on contract law: The guide provides an overview of key aspects of drafting and entering into contracts, such as those related to exhibitions, commissions, collaborations, sales, or partnerships with galleries and institutions. <\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap\">The third edition thus provides artists with a helpful foundation for identifying legal issues early on and understanding them more clearly. The goal of the guide is to present legal topics in an accessible way and to make it easier to acquire basic legal knowledge in the field of art. <\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap\">The authors of the third edition are <strong>Prof. Dr. Thomas Hoeren<\/strong> and Nora-Marie Fuchs.
