They define the legal infrastructure of modern business.<br \/>\nThe LDE programme at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law, University of M\u00fcnster, offers a compact and practice-oriented introduction to the legal framework of the digital economy.<br \/>\nThe lectures take place online via Zoom and are also made available on YouTube. This allows participants to follow the programme flexibly, regardless of location.<br \/>\nParticipants will explore key issues of European and German digital regulation, including data law, AI regulation, platform governance, intellectual property, competition law and compliance in digital business models.<br \/>\nThe programme is designed for students, legal practitioners and professionals who want to understand how law shapes digital transformation.<br \/>\nThe programme addresses current developments in data law, AI regulation, platform governance, intellectual property, competition law, cybersecurity and digital business models. It is aimed at students, lawyers and professionals who want to understand the legal framework of digital markets in Europe.<br \/>\nThe participation fee for non-students is \u20ac200 registration fee net.
