This year&#8217;s keynote speech will be given by Ms. Alexandra Zeller, who will speak about the interface of open access publications and export control in the context of international knowledge transfer &#8211; the topic of her doctoral thesis, which was awarded a doctoral prize. The event will take place on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 18:00 in the seminar room of the ITM (Leonardo-Campus 9, 48149 M\u00fcnster).
