He is Associate Professor of Civil Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) in Georgia. Prof. Jorbenadze holds a doctorate in law (TSU) and two master&#8217;s degrees, including an LL.M. from the University of Bremen.    With a DAAD scholarship in M\u00fcnster, he will draft a guideline for art law in Georgia and discuss with Professor Hoeren the possibilities for closer cooperation between Tbilisi and M\u00fcnster.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"964\">He is the author of over 50 academic publications, including six books on topics such as advertising law, media law, social media law, contract law and insolvency law. He has also written a commentary on the Georgian Civil Code. His works are published in Georgian, German, English, Russian, Romanian and French. In Germany, he has published with C.H. Beck, among others.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1346\">Prof. Jorbenadze has been teaching since 2013 and has been admitted to the bar for over ten years. He is a managing partner of JG Counselors, an arbitrator at the Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) and a licensed insolvency administrator in Georgia since 2021.
