The keynote speaker was former ITM doctoral candidate and former presiding judge at the D\u00fcsseldorf Higher Regional Court, Professor Dr. Thomas K\u00fchnen, who gave a fascinating presentation on the relationship between antitrust law and FRAND declarations. Furthermore, the final certificate for additional training in patent and trademark law was awarded by lawyer Prof. Dr. Jochen B\u00fchling. Dr. Long Bui was also honored for his outstanding dissertation. This was followed by a champagne reception and a small snack.
