In her work, Ms. von H\u00fclst examines how the concept of &#8220;corporeality&#8221; can be interpreted in the digital age in order to establish ownership and possession of blockchain tokens. The author draws on findings from Italian civil law, which make it clear that the legal system can be modernized in a targeted manner through the contemporary interpretation of legal concepts.<\/p>\n<p>Anjuli von H\u00fclst studied law in G\u00f6ttingen and Geneva and successfully passed her first bar exam in 2020.
